We do need some way (an email address) to contact you for follow-up and provide you with investigation updates.

If you do give us your name please be assured that keeping your name confidential is our utmost concern.  If you are afraid of retaliation, you should know that the “whistle-blower” laws protecting you from retaliation are more aggressive and severe than the laws protecting our copyrighted material.
